It is said that Bongs (that's slang for Bengalis not the cannabis-smoking device) love their food. And not just Bengali cuisine - this blogpost is definitely worth a read. While I'm not sure of how Bengali I am in general, as far as food is concerned, I'm 100% khanti Bangali. I'm the crazy foodie - and that is precisely why I cook, collect the coolest gadgets and the prettiest china and hunt out food excursions.
